1ST GEN DODGE RAM 1979-1993 Borgeson Steering Shaft Rubber Replacement Joint #000941

The 1st Gens used an upper and lower steering shaft. They were connected together in the center by a chunk of rubber and some bolts. As time goes on this rubber disintegrates and starts to let go leaving you without steering.

If you don’t want to replace your steering shaft with a Boregeson single or double joint shaft, then at minimum it is recommended to replace this rubber joint.
