    Return Policy

    -Please carefully decide on what you would like to purchase to avoid the need of returns in the future. Feel free to ask fitment questions if you are unsure so we can help you order the proper parts, we recommend you properly diagnose your vehicle with the help of a professional mechanic before purchasing parts to solve your problem. (guessing or throwing parts at a truck is expensive and not effective)

    New Part Returns

    RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 15% MAY APPLY
    Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

    Electronic parts and used parts are sold in the condition they are seen in and are not returnable. If we have sold a good working used part but your problem turns out to be a different part we are not responsible for returns on the good part we sold.

    FULL CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING
    If the packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure your order is protected. Under no circumstance will we accept a return of a product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until Yozzy’s receives them back.

    Can I cancel my order?
    If you cancel your order any time prior to shipping, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% on the product only. If your order has been shipped, and it is in transit to you, please contact us immediately. We will try to intercept your order and have it returned to us, but please be advised that the credit for the order will be issued as per our Return/Refund Policy and you will be charged for incurred shipping charges in both directions.

    ORDER ERRORS

    We kindly ask that you provide a picture of the incorrect product when requesting a return. This will ensure full refund or the proper exchange should any questions or issues arise.
    If an error occurs where the item was not the correct part (as per order), or what you received is not the right make/model/year application, or is defective, please contact us immediately. We will review the details and provide you with the next appropriate steps.
    If Yozzy’s is not at fault for the error, any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
    Any shipping costs incurred for returning an incorrect order by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect order is due to an error made by Yozzy’s.
